With this new integration, it’s now possible to import your organizations and users from Kaseya VSA as companies and users into Myki for MSPs, all with a single click.
Setting up the Kaseya VSA integration
Step 1: Access the Myki Portal
Step 2: Configure the integration in the Myki Portal
In order to connect Myki to Kaseya VSA you will need your username, your password, and the base URL that you use to access your Kaseya VSA dashboard.
Note: The Kaseya username can be different than the company email address you use to sign in.
The base URL is the domain that you use to authenticate to Kaseya VSA. Make sure that you remove everything after the subdomain.domain.TLD combination.
After filling the authentication information, click on "Connect". This will attempt to establish a connection between Myki and Kaseya VSA.
