For our most recent webinar, we decided to mix things up a bit and bring on a special guest to offer MSPs some advice on an often overlooked factor in customer acquisition: branding.

On July 30th, we held our latest live webinar "MSP Branding: 5 Steps to Improve Your Brand and Acquire New Customers". This time around, we were joined by guest speaker Michael Chu, Creative Director at Ramotion, the agency behind the recent rebrands of Firefox and MYKI.

Accompanied by MYKI's Chris Tate (MYKI Global Strategic Alliances Director) and Anne Jebara (MYKI Strategy Manager), Michael spoke about the importance of branding and guided attendees through the process of implementing a brand strategy, visual identity, and verbal identity.

Attendees also got an opportunity to take a behind the scenes look at how MYKI's brand was recently revamped, and receive some key tips on how they themselves can uplift their own brands, and ask questions.
