[How to] Autofill Passwords in ConnectWise Control Remote Sessions Using Myki

With the introduction of Myki Mini, it is now possible to autofill credentials anywhere on your computer.

One particularly useful application of this new feature for our desktop app is autofilling passwords and logging into ConnectWise Control remote sessions.

Now, with our upcoming update, we've pushed Myki Mini's capabilities even further by adding the ability to also autofill 2FA tokens, eliminating the need to type them in manually.

Using Myki Mini is simple. First begin by summoning it using the keyboard shortcut CTRL + SHIFT + ' on Windows or CMD + SHIFT + ' on Mac.

After that, search for the item you need then hit ENTER or RETURN to autofill the username and the password field. To only autofill a specific field, navigate to the item fields by using the arrow keys and hit ENTER or RETURN on that specific field.

And for our international users, our upcoming update also features support for keyboards in different languages. Below are the supported languages and the shorcuts that summon Myki Mini on them.

Dutch: CTRL + SHIFT + @ (Windows) or CMD + SHIFT + @ (Mac)
French: CTRL + SHIFT + ² (Windows) or CMD + SHIFT + ² (Mac)
UK English: CTRL + SHIFT + ~ (Windows) or CMD + SHIFT + ~ (Mac)
German: CTRL + SHIFT + Ä (Windows) or CMD + SHIFT + Ä (Mac)
Swedish: CTRL + SHIFT + Ä (Windows) or CMD + SHIFT + Ä (Mac)
Italian: CTRL + SHIFT + à (Windows) or CMD + SHIFT + à (Mac)
Spanish: CTRL + SHIFT + " (Windows) or CMD + SHIFT + " (Mac)
Portuguese: CTRL + SHIFT + ° (Windows) or CMD + SHIFT + ° (Mac)
